Update Fall 2021

Graduation Time

September 10, 2021, the fantastic team of Maya and Buddy graduated the DogsInVests Training Program. We are so proud of Maya and Buddy for all of the hard work they put in to accomplish this goal. We are extremely grateful to Maya's family and Buddy's puppy raisers Bob and Amanda for their dedication and efforts in preparing them for this moment. We wish Maya and Buddy great success in their journey together. #sidekicks

Welcome Harvey!

We welcomed our first Doodle to the DogsInVests team. Harvey joined in June. He has been working hard on his skills with his puppy raiser Judy. We can't wait to see all the great things Harvey will do.

Facebook Update

Unfortunately, our page was compromised back in July, we tried to recover our page with no luck. We then began the rather lengthy process of proving our identity and nonprofit status to Facebook again to begin the launch of a new Facebook page for DogsInVests. We are unable to recover any of our previous followers. Please be sure to follow along on our new page @DOGSINVESTSWI and invite family and friends to join as well. Please watch for our year end matching fund campaign starting 11-26-21

Always Learning

DogsInVests recently hosted an information session for our employees and volunteers with Good Friend Inc. We are grateful to Chelsea B. from Good Friend Inc. for sharing her knowledge as an Autism advocate with our organization.

Fabulous Fundraising

Mounds Pet Food Warehouse held a round-up event during the month of September for DogsInVests. The round-up event raised an incredible $14,356.19 for our organization. We are so grateful to Mounds and all of their customers.

A New CGC

Congratulations to George and his puppy raiser Nicole for passing their Canine Good Citizen exam. George is ready to begin his next big step to becoming a service dog.
